I should add this is not a countertop microwave it’s one that requires wiring into existing electrical and mounted under a cabinet over the stove.

Okay so I've created a 4th option, which would be to have a ceiling mounted range hood.

In my current W2 job I have seen that apartment complexes can have negative experiences with cable companies, whether its dishes mounted all over the place or cable line wrapped around buildings.

I got one about a month ago and they removed 2/3 of the metal hanging bracket, so now it's harder to level and center and you can't put more bolts into studs, and they took away 2 of the 4 mounting bolts so now you can't pull it even to the cabinet gradually.

Also, do-it yourself carpet cleaning machines can't extract enough of the water and are much less effective than truck mounted systems for cleaning a carpet.I heard that women have a keener sense of smell than men.
