Hey Robert,I'm a newbie, however, if I'm not mistaken, on the Agreement for purchase contract in the first portion of that form after filling out the DATE, The Seller NAME, The address of the property and the BUYER name (you/or your company) it states (and/or assignees), having this portion filled out correctly would give you the right to either purchase the property yourself or assign it to your end buyer.Again, i'm learning as well as you so, if i'm wrong or not totally correct we will both find out.
