Mission (Sharyland especially) is another town that attracts investors as it has a highly rated school district that attracts many families.  

The area becomes nicer if you keep driving though, a little past the 91 and the Mission Inn, and then you are in the Rubidoux area where there is potential for a lot of fix and flips.

We live in the Excelsior right off Mission.

Someday I would like to have the capitol and connections to master-plan and develop a city similar to Donald Bren's Mission Viejo in Orange County, CA.I am all about getting deals done and having win/win/win situations.
