I declared the tenancy and property abandoned, posted notice where to get their stuff and kept it for up to 30 or 45 days.Parents got the stuff within a few days and thanked me. She

I was pretty upset and she told me she knew someone who could take over the lease for her.

(Costly for me)  Seems to me she should pay rent up to the ending date of the 30 day notice.  

I told her to sign the title over to me.  She

Lease ends July 30, she tells me she will leave by August 1, or maybe the 15th of August.  

I also tried a commuter roommate for about 5 months, It was alright, but our personalities didn't mesh too well.
