Would a fix and flip be the first project someone should tackle if they are new to the business?

Can you tackle the debt with the normal way.

As for future deals, I will be subbing out 80-90% of the rehab to contractors and only doing select jobs I know I can tackle.

STRs can be a touchy subject when it comes to local laws and regulations, yet it can definitely be a worth-while endeavor if tackled correctly.

We have an army of trained assistants that tackle around 50-100 leads per day using a rapid dialer so they're able to get through more leads within a shorter period.

Don't get me wrong I will go cave to cave until I find them, but it is a lot easier just to find an entire herd grazing in the meadow during the spring and tackle a dozen of them there.
