A series of things happened: 1) the contractor who was going to do the work to fix some things up had an accident (and he was just going to do the work himself for a lower rate as a friend, so no back up) 2) I got pregnant and have been completely sick for the past couple months and couldn't do much and 3) the holidays have been very busy with visitors, so we have used the extra space to host. 

Been getting spammed lately with fake Docu signs and fake huds... anyone getting these.As I get docusigns and Huds to review pretty much dialy I open them by accident now I just delete them

Most landlord insurance policies cover accidents, but its usually between 100,000-250,000 coverage.

Very tough situation - I had a great tenant who very unfortunately got into a bad car accident and was in the hospital for months (and couldn't pay the rent).

I got started (again) by "accident" (it wasn't planned) in 2012.

Same as if you leave early around 3 p.m. or later around 8 then you skip the high times unless an accident on the freeway. 

It's no accident it's called "REAL"-Estate!

I discovered GC a few months ago by accident and what an AWESOME accident it was!  

If you're driving to work, you know there's risks, you could get into an accident, somebody could rear end you, get out the car and hold you at gun point, I mean should I really get into it?
