Are they doing a phase I &II environmental?

Here are some examples/thoughts:-Does your RE agent on the ground understand how to identify environmental waste, illegal dumping, etc.?

Whole foods  Safeway and our local high end store Zupans all within 3 miles of me and since I am going in the Tesla I am not polluting either LOLmiddle road is those clubs that send you meals .. that you simply cook I tried that.. but I don't like others picking out my veggies etc.. or touching them .. and they wrap everything so it takes a bunch of time to unwrap one radish that is in plastic waste of energy and not very environmentally friendly.. 

Eventually, the environmental whackos will be set aside and desal will be a solution.CA isn't going anywhere but some people will have to change.

Environmental laws are a nightmare in Massachusetts.

If they choose to stay from here, they can no longer retaliate with hazardous environmental claims.At the same time, advise them that you will be inspecting and retest for radon so you can verify hazardous environment.

Whereas with a regular purchase, you'd have this done up front and know in advance of purchase whether there are serious environmental problems.

The unit has also been tested for environmental issues and moisture was below "dry levels" and indoor air quality levels were okay though CO2 levels were just above guidelines in some rooms.The tenant is known to use a lot of candles, we're wondering if this could cause this.Does anyone have any ideas?

@Sonia Spangenberg If the city is giving you issues, you could ask them if you gave them an environmental report showing that the land is safe and added septics is doable and won't harm the water table that might get them to calm down.
