Hi Brandon,I'm not sure about Bristol, but I recently started a forum on if I should invest in a State with a budget crisis.

Hopefully more politicians will realize this and find better ways to deal with the housing crisis.

What you need to help you is a good old fashioned real estate crisis, starting tomorrow.

Then I realized we have taken poor Debbie's crisis and out run her with all our own agenda's.  

Its a real estate cycle though and I can't say with certainty that Austin is immune from it but it hasn't really experienced a massive downturn since the mid 80's to late early 90's Texas Savings and Loans crisis.

Corvallis is facing a huge housing crisis and have recently made zoning changes (as of this month) for ADU’s, etc., so I’m assuming that the Airbnb market could find more success.
