Although I enjoy the benefits of working for a company I am beginning to get tired of the corporate grind. 

Don't worry about that as there are different ways to get to town and different companies might use different terminology.Work with a knowledgeable agent that talks your through your risks and don't try to conceal what you're actually doing. 

I understand the basics of legal entities and that his company, Corporate Direct, provides these business formation services and has their own CPA recommendations.

BTR is still a very small portion of the market in deliveries and less efficient than apartments I'd stay clear if you are new. 

Generally, I believe that people try their best and mistakes happen, but this property management company has been nothing but a cost to me.
