What would they pay for their neighbors' house, or the best house on the block, for example?

I am adding a bedroom, bath and egress window to my 1930 1.5 story bungalow within blocks of Hamline University in the Hamline-Midway district of St.

I've cam up with a $280k ARV because to properties on the street and block sold 7 months ago for just of $300K same style, rooms and similar sqft, only major difference is the house I might be possibly rehabbing has only 1 bathroom and the rest that sold for just over 300k has 2 bathrooms.

On this particular block there are no gas lines to any of the houses.

I used to get so flustered when I'd hit a road block and now I just nod when something happens. 

Question about the Hillside house, I know in some areas of Hillside the whole block of houses seem like they need a bit of TLC, was this the worst house on the block or where there others like it?

Hello All,I just purchased three 4-plexes on the same block a couple months ago and things are going pretty well so far.  

The agent is really blocking, as she states that it's illegal to lease option a short sale.

There's a trend on a few blocks around the University where investors are buying up inventory just for this purpose.  

The foundation work involved building an entirely new block foundation along the inside of the original foundation.
