I think there're a few cities in Ohio that have a good base of young professionals, colleges, and major sports teams (don't ask me why, but I think those three things bode well for a city). 

Waterpark, national forest, great fishing) Are they relocating a sports stadium closer?

A place to worship the sports gods , to leave empty pizza boxes , and drink cold beer .

You also need to do proper research on the area such as the economy, sports venues, concerts, etc.

That was AWESOME....until I dove into the inventory, and discovered that in my market, that was like asking for someone to give me a free sports car. 

I hope you are able to stick around for the long haul as you will learn plenty and much more that you have a sport background as a base to fuel all your ambitions..

Do you attribute the sports success to any financial (long term) impact to Cleveland?  

@Elbert Dockery It made sports fans and other people feel better about living in a "winning" town; and lots of good things coming together in Cleveland including the Cavs and the Indians contributing to the local economy, restaurants, etc... but in my opinion a local celebrity even one of James' class does not make "everything" better, unless you get the listing on his real estate deal!

He won the richest race in QH racing,the All American Futurity, its the super bowl of our sport with a total purse of $3,000,000.
