my name is Romell.,and I am a senior in college... I am a sport management major but want to become a very successful real estate investor... My goal is to flip a house or whole sale a house by the time I a graduate.. I want to know what is the first thing I do?? Do I have to start my own business and how do I borrow money from lenders?? And if i find a house that i want to invest in how do i put it under contract? Please contact me back
