@Alexander Bigwood, thanks for the message and sorry to give you a brain dump below, but your question about the starting point is very good.If you have an abundance of time than your focus needs to be simply on two things - Deals and Dollars.

Leon county has an abundance of lakes, over 63, state forest preserves, parks all over.
