Hi Oren - I am an investor focused Agent in Indy and Anderson has been by far the most successful area I've helped investors purchase in the last few years. - Great rental demand- Solid tenant quality- Can still find the 1% rule - Lower property taxes- Based on our experience of managing around 50 doors there, very few headaches in the crime, eviction, etc departments.

I was going to move forward with Anderson Business Advisors however they want 20k for my set up and thought there may be some cheaper options out there.I understand every situation is unique but here is mine.
