Can an agent do wholesaling too?
I'm more interested in wholesaling, but recently got my RE license thinking I may become an traditional listing/buyer's agent. Can I do both? Must I disclose to sellers whose homes I plan to wholesale) that I'm a licensed agent? Should I put that disclosure on my direct mail/website? I ask because I actually like the approach to wholesaling that others have used where they state "we are not RE agents, but rather investors". Look forward to everyone's responses/input. Thanks!
