I don't believe that myself as I know how unbelievably hard it is for renters to get anything right now!

Her uncle (mother’s side of the family) also spent decades in prison and her aunt (mother’s side) has been a drug addict and prostitute her whole life.

Self educate first, and if you find an addiction and decide theres a class that relates to that, then go for it. 

That's where I think the issue lies mentally is that not a lot of people have heard or personally used IBC but the ones who do are like addicts lol.

Then again, I am a bit of TV addict - lol.

It's just unbelievable how stupid and inconsiderate people are sometimes.

What clearly has changed since 2002 is that we have become a one party state and rolled out the welcome mat for half of the nation's homeless and even larger shares of other states' drug addicts, mentally ill and child molesters. 

Regardless of views on policies, it's us small business owners and landlords that have to deal with the realities and running away is not the solution.As a Northwest native, we have a lot of issues with gentrification, big tech money, drug addiction and homelessness that affects all communities in the region, not just Seattle.

You could have inserted food, water, air, and shown an even more dramatic result. 100 percent of hard drug addicts started by eating!
