 More like squat and cough, then take a deep breath. LOL

Time to pucker up the old screening criteria.  The left coast liberal legislators latched on to how some large corporations handled rent increeases, late fees and removals for small $ and assumed we all play that way.

The pendulum has swung too far again.  This should provide a stream of motivated sellers in a couple years.  Evictions just got 3x tougher.  Screen, screen, screen!
