No issues whatsoever!

I have been dragged before various authorities on flimsy discrimination charges with no basis whatsoever.

I feel sorry for people who have to pay crazy prices Not in South Florida anymore.Cannot issue a permit without changing both the inside and outside.if you can find someone to just replace the outside unit it would be a Craigslist tech and no warranty whatsoever. 

We actually only buy locally to our area, so I have no knowledge of Baltimore whatsoever, and further we like to be within 15-20 minutes of our properties because we do self manage. 

How about everyone has to take a shower and brush their teeth every day?

My theory is they either A) don't care to have anything to do with the property whatsoever so they don't care to contact me or B) have already talked to another investor and sold their position which they wouldn't have any reason to talk to me then either.

@Kj Rustom, I agree with Mark, after a glance at their website, their offer rates are not in line with the market whatsoever.

It helps but good luck transferring a property in your name to a company with no history whatsoever.

I don't mind paying the fees whatsoever.

From the initial numbers you are stating it may look like a solid opportunity, however I think you're missing some "real" expenses that will make this look not so attractive.First off let me say that I do not know the Nashville market whatsoever, so hopefully someone that is can chime in and give you a better perspective.
