Filing is easy and cheap in CT (around 120$ in CT and all form available on line), but you still need to go through all those steps and draft an organization agreement.My accountant is the one strongly suggest to form a LLC for each property.

I did have my CPA advise me that the New Jersey Business Membership or words similar to that order is an organization that offers many benefits which a big one in the you will qualify for New Jersey Manufactures Insurance after you are a active member for one or two years.

If it's more than that, we figure out how to put some structure so everyone gets to meet folks they'll be excited to meet.Personal opinion: it probably doesn't make sense to ultimately aim for a separate organization outside the existing REI groups, but we all have BiggerPockets in common and it'd be nice to meet others on here.
