In Philly, I would say west, southwest, and parts of North Philly.

The most desirable area is the North East section, followed closely by the North West, then the South East and finally the South West.

I'm nowhere near Jersey while living and investing in southwest Michigan.

I hail from the south west part of Wisconsin and am actually a renter myself primarily due to circumstance.

I'm looking for some leads on non conventional mortgage lenders or portfolio lenders in the Southwest Michigan.

I live about 60 miles South-Southwest of your area.  

I'm in Rutherford County, about one hour and twenty minutes from you, due southwest.

I would be very in connecting with BP users that are in Dupage County IL or out in Southwest Michigan (Niles, Berrien Springs, Buchanan, Cassopolis, Edwardsburg, etc…)  Thanks and hope to hear from and network with as many as we can.  

In terms of better tenant, I know that the Eastside of N15 have older neighbourhoods and would require more hands on management whereby the Southwest/Sumerlin area attracts more desirable tenant.

I'm open to several locations but think I'd like to invest in the southwest (San Diego, Las Vegas, and Phoenix).
