In addition, and as someone mentioned above, have good plumber and HVAC techs on hand as these are your more specialized and time-sensitive repairs.  

I was in tears- it was my first home, I bought it and I was afraid I couldn't live there (I have an extremely sensitive sense of smell). 

Some people are choosing not to call out a cleaning fee because guests are getting sensitive to the OTAs fees and taxes.

I also noticed that companies will be renting space from them too, I wonder how they’ll contain corporate security of sensitive information safe in a shared work space environment...

His girlfriend is on the lease as well but she filled a restraining order for domestic violence against him and she doesn't live there anymore.

I realize my tenants could file restraining orders for being harassed, but none of them want that hassle when they can just leave, even if it is breaking their lease and we withhold their deposit. 

Remember, not all mold is visible, and everybody’s sensitivity level is different.
