Yes, I work with a local co-working landlord in North Texas. Different challenges, but good source of tenants. The WeWork in downtown Dallas is amazing as well. Several clients office there for the freedom from traditional massive leases.
The next time there is a meeting at the Gingerman, I would like to talk. My wife and I have been playing around with what to do with a property, and one of the thoughts was to do a co working space. I am interested if you know what the City of Dallas requires for such a space, requirements for a CO. What tenants are looking for in terms of amenities, ball park for expected rents/vacancy etc.
Obviously just high level stuff, trying to figure out if what we have in mind is even remotely possible.
