It seems they are putting in new flooring, painting, and cleaning the place up and reselling it.My best friend thinks that if we find a cheap home to purchase, rehab it, and then sell it to me for what it would appraise for, we both would win - we'd make around $20,000 and I would get a refinished home for the lowest amount possible.

John Kesner I subbed out all interior painting and drywall, electrical, most plumbing, Windows, trim, wood floor, sod, landscaping, tub refinish, tree trimming, tuck pointing, counter tops, roof and flashing repair, and final clean.

the shower surround in the bathroom is those small (i'm thinkin 4 x 4) tiles...i was going to tear out and replace, but then i heard about reglazing tiles to a new color...i have never heard of this....anyone have any experience refinishing tiles??
