We had PM teams that ran, on average, at 2x staffing for sec8, and FT maintenance staff supplemented with PT and outside vendors.  

Really just a place and a time for like-minded people to get together and talk about their passion for or interest in real estate investing.

I am new to real estate investing and looking  to connect to any local imvestor.

There are a couple of unique tax laws to real estate investors - 1031 exchange, bonus depreciation on certain improvements, Qualified Opportunity Zones, real estate professional status, etc.Make sure that the accountant you interview to understand the above concepts.best of luck!
