Hello all, I am currently new to the Milwaukee area wholesaling scene, and I would like to ask others who are in the area about any methods (On-Market or Off) that have worked for you on securing deals that you can then present to your cash buyers.I understand competition is pretty fierce in Milwaukee and it seems to be quite saturated with wholesalers, all of which can be quite intimidating.

Under normal circumstances, we would simply have them work it out behind the scenes and roll the deposit over to an extension.

Really cool arts and craft beer scene, popular place for destination weddings, and they're starting to draw some bigger acts in terms of concerts and performances. 

Of course there is a lot of nuance, and  behind the scenes action I didn't describe, however at a fundamental level this is how the company I worked for did it, at a very high level.

It also boasts a rich cultural scene, with a wide array of cuisines, art, and music.

Lots of water here in Wilmington, a large university, one of the biggest and best community colleges, the largest & oldest historic district in NC and a thriving arts scene.
