And for Pete's sake.... after you eat your pot roast dinner, put the leftovers in the refrigerator.If you are going to put the whole crock in the fridge, put a couple of hot pads or a towel under it and put it in the fridge without waiting for it to get cold.

This is our real estate investment firms first renovation from start to finish.Some of the highlights:- Converted deteriorated 3-season porch into covered deck- All new interior doors (closet doors were used where traditional doors should of been used)- New front door, front and rear storm doors- Repainted kitchen cabinets, new hardware, re-finished countertops (thanks rustoleum)- New Trafficmaster vinyl tile floor in kitchen- Refinished dishwasher with appliance paint- New Fridge and Range- Painted the whole house (Glidden Duo)- Cleaned up hardwood floors- New tile in bathroom and kitchen- Repainted and put new hardware on vanity (bathroom)- New hardware/locksets on all doors- Drylocked basement walls and unfinished it (water damage)- New carpet coming for basement (not pictured)- New electrical box, outlets, switches, light fixtures- New roof (house and porch)Too many pictures to post on here.

I have massive student loan debt so I'm trying to get out from under those ASAP (while still planning for a zombie apocalypse, lol).Speaking of smoked salmon, I started making my own (lox) which saves a ton of money. 2lb filet on sale, kosher salt from Dollar Tree and a week in the fridge under a cast iron skillet and I've got smoked salmon for weeks!

The tenant was on month-to-month so after the two sewer backups and even 4 days before this his claim the refridgerator quit and ruined $1000 worth of food and wanted reimbursement (The fridge was working and some packaged food in the back was frozen solid, it appeared unfrozen food was purposely stocked before I got there), I asked him to leave at the end of the month.

One for the garage door opener (report said bad sensors but we replaced the whole thing as it was 15 years old), the second for a leak in the water-line for the fridge and finally two of the sliding doors not opening (pretty sure they just need to remove the safety locking pin).I've had about $1200 in repairs in the 5 months that they've been there and am not too pleased about having to chip in another $200 for goodwill after already leaving $400 worth of gas as a goodwill guest ire which has seemed to backfire on me.Any thoughts advice would be greatly welcomed.

I know for a fact her handyman also cut 2 fist size holes out of the walls, somewhere inside, as I found them in the trash and know we will also have to lift the fridge back in etc
