After speaking with a few lenders, they all would like someone that is more ‘credible’ than a 22-year-old with a flawless credit score, to co-sign on the loan.We are seeking any advice on how to secure an investor that is willing to invest in 2 dedicated, young, aggressive real estate entrepreneurs by co-signing on a loan with us in exchange for a majority portion of the 1st and/or 2nd year dividends, or any other negotiated deal terms.

So I found it very interesting to read a thread on Reddit's Entrepreneur forum tonight about Daymond John's "Launch Academy."

I do not sit back and theorize about whether or not something will work.Most wannabe entrepreneurs sit back and make up excuses why business ideas won't work.

Meetup.com is a great site/app that people use to post local events, I've found a bi-weekly entrepreneur breakfast in my area and several REI meet ups as well.I hope this helped.Best of luck to you!

@Zaid KhanYou call yourself an entrepreneur and show no entrepreneurial thinking...Seems you have more than a million dollar problem....Buy some properties cash and than take a loan out of them...Normally an invomestatement does not matter as long as you are able to provide enough collateral...Just my 2 cents

Real entrepreneurs would go out of their way to build and sustain their reputation and honor.
