The finance company will not loan you the money until the debt collectors stop calling, and you either pay it all off and receive a deletion letter and a paid in full letter from them, or you set up a payment plan.

You can request a pay for delete, just depends on the creditor and your luck wether they will agree.One thing for sure if they do agree make sure you get it in writing before you pay.

I deleted all my posts sometime back and still debating to contribute to BP or not.

In the future, I will be more conscious about things I post on BP or anywhere on the internet in general.I guess there's no way to delete a post on BP.

How in the world do you delete your own posts???

I don't even provide dishwashers in my rentals and if I purchase a home and it has one, I purposefully delete it.

If you let the calls go to message, you'll eliminate most of the messages from bandit sign haters, and you can delete the ones that do leave a message. 

take this post down.. dont want to give any people ideas on how he cheated the system.. or how to threaten someone on the house of their dream by saying if you dont pay me i wont sign at the closing.. believe me the same thing happen to me last year my husband paid the people because the guy lost his job.. he paid him 10 thousand also and gave them 3 weeks to leave and he didnt want to leave.. we just called the marshall and they were kicked out.. but i think this post should be deleted.. before people get ideas.
