@Tyrone Abbott it is interesting to us as well that many forum members who have never used our services, or even our competitors and others using Bigger Pockets to make their money and promote their business, feel free to repeatedly come on this forum to "chime in" (there are even some who show up on virtually every thread about our company) We HAVE made mistakes, we DO make mistakes.

Going into deals your competitor just needs to bring $5k more and you’re toast.

My favorite way to price our units is to pick the top 3 competitors in my market and try to provide a better product with higher prices.

But once I identify such niche I can keep repeating the business without too many competitors lol , I see house that has such combination of feature only available once per every two months.

Be a dominant competitor in that selected market.  

@Cheza M. you can start by comparing the info we provide on our website to competitors...

This is why I suggested not doing business with a guy that drags in a $5 sandwich from a competitor, clearly labelled. 

Also, more pragmatically, no one refers business to their competitor.
