Hi All,

I hope you are all well.

This may be a reach but my team and I are looking to transition into Self Storage. I was wondering if anyone knows a good place to get a deal analyzer for self-storage. I have been searching every corner on google and have yet to find one. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me out or if you have one, I am happy to buy a copy from you.

All the best,

Thank you

Search for Henry Clark on here, he posts a ton about undewriting SS. Ultimately, its not a sophisticated asset class. Gross leases, expense estimates, pro forma your rents and occupancy. Voila. You've got a functional marketing/clean out/maintenance business with a real estate component!
