After reviewing different homes the pool for the climate and the area is the way to go.

It has a much different climate then the costal climate of the Bay Area.

As to roach, it could be fairly common, or uncommon, to have roaches in that area, you or your pm should know based on population density, urban/rural, climate etc.

In the current climate, Section 8 is seen as a safe haven since the government will continue to pay the rent.

In Florida, I recommend them as it is very hot here and it's best to have air flow in all rooms due to the climate being conducive to mold.
