Of course very much different in my day no computers no cell phones  fax machines were just coming in.. my first gig at a HML we were still using carbon paper on our docs  LOL.and that goes to your thought process of people wanting it all because someone is telling they deserve it.Just listen to any pitch it always has a get the things you Deserve somewhere in the pitch..

We really don't have a great system right now for the rentals though I know I need it, seems the hardest part of that for me is the work order mechanism.... right now my go to guys barely operate a cell phone let alone a computer or technology that could help me out.

One of the wholesaler's in my area has a strategy of getting cell phone numbers and she will mass text potential buyers with a small ad with basic details (Asking Price, rehab cost, and possible rental income) and ask those buyers to contact her for a more detailed listing.

It's an app you can find on Google Play app store for Android phones (I'm sure it's available on the Apple app store, too) that basically adds a second phone number to your existing cell phone that you can text, talk, and set up a seperate voicemail from.
