I am looking for a real estate attorney and a title company/closing agent in NYC
My name is Michael Slabitcher and I decided over a year ago that I would become a real estate investor. My first step in order to reach my goal was to get my real estate license. I have been a real estate agent for a bit over a year. I have closed several deals and I feel comfortable with my overall knowledge of the trade. In the meantime, I been educating myself with the investing aspect of real estate. I am now ready to take the next step. I will start by wholesaling in order to build a bankroll.
This is what I am looking for in an attorney:
-Should specialize in real estate law.
-Understand local foreclosure law.
-Affordably review/create documents.
-Knowledgeable about asset protection.
This is what I am looking for in a title company/closing agent:
-Allow double (simultaneous) closings.
-Understand creative investing techniques.
-Give "investor discount" off of title fees.
-Willing to give me their cell phone number.
-Willing to introduce me to other investors.
If anyone can refer the above mentioned services I would greatly appreciate it. I am aware that it is very important to have strong team members in order to succeed and I am counting on the BP family to refer reputable professionals. I thank you in advance.
