If you do not have what it takes to make it work look in the mirror because many do.

Also, due to some plumbing issues before I purchased the place, and general wear and tear, we had to replace the bathroom vanity, mirror, and tub, as well as add a shutoff valve in the entry way and do some light copper work.

Sounds like dominoes, house of cards or smoke and mirrors to me.

You could report them to the WI DSPS (Dept of Safety and Professional Services), but if I were you, I'd just put it in my rear view mirror. 

That alone means anyone can set-up a class and get a book deal just alot of smoke and mirrors.   

They are all paid either way, up front, in full whether they spent 10 minutes placing the first mirror fogger or dug deep for 2 days on your behalf.

Ask yourself what you would rather see when you look in the mirror: a person who collected "their money" at any cost, or someone who wished a cancer patient well as they embarked on the always hard, usually uncertain journey of starting cancer treatment.I know which choice would allow me to look myself in the mirror and still respect myself.
