I just recieved word from the neighbor that the police and fire departments are now there and using the spreader on the door.Elizabeth - I do have a labor charge referenced in the lease but not a priority on rent payments.

In a great part of the city right by the post office and around the corner from city hall and the police station. taxes are around 4300 a year. new furnace and hot water heater last year and roof 5 years ago. went and saw the house today and it really is in excellent shape and ready for a new owner for buy and hold. house is in really good shape inside and out. any other details I need to add I think its a great deal what about you all?

You always hear about cops or firemen/women losing their job, because they did something that may be perfectly legal, but can create negative feedback for the Dept.You may not do anything wrong, but I would clear it up with your boss beforehand, as you don't want people to complain to the police.

Hurst Conference Center, 1601 Campus Dr, Hurst, TX 76054 is easily accessed from the Westbound service road when you exit Precinct Line Rd (you'll see the Hurst Police and Municipal building first, then when you pass it by keep looking right and it is just off the main road by less than 1/4 mile - you can see it standing about 3 stories tall.)I just found about 12 very positive reviews of our club (all unsolicited- really!)

You can still see the bullets holes in the wall and the substance the police used to dust for prints covering the interior.Anyone have experience/or advice dealing with this?
