I could tell you some horror stories about some SBUX stores I was involved with in TN and AR.  

They collect the checks in behalf of me, some companies offer they will do the AR department for free.

Well then, isn't every body saying that private financing is basically illegal then, I mean or ar you saying that sending flyers is illegal but if I approach them directly it's not, how would that be different??
