I do not dispute the power of living of a debt free life but l would say that to use debt to buy responsible investment properties is something that I have embraced just like both of you did. 

Also how come there are not more women doing real estate U tubes it seems to be full of millennial males

Funny but not funny: the women put me in charge of finding a home.

I went on a call today to a house an women had been renting for the past 14 years.

I understand why those auditioning to be someone´s on the ground team embrace this but I have no idea why experienced investors do.

I know some  States have embraced renting by the room because individual rents are too high, I know Charlotte rents have been climbing and thought this would be a good angle.
