After a couple of hundred calls you will know what to say and what not to say.

I have great what not to buy stories and who not to rent to!

It has amazing capabilities of sales process management, property management, Invoicing, Books and what not.

I will tell you what NOT to do.

What, not going to rent it out?  

That being said, I have spent money on education that was garabage but at least I learned what not to spend my education dollars on.I heard about FB Mastery several years ago from someone on this forum.

Hi there BP folks.I am sending out my first mailer and wanted to get some advice from whoever is so willing.  I am looking for some high level things NOT TO DO as I start sending out my mailers.  

I typically like regular postcards that have designs and what not, but some investors have told me that neon colors are better or work better for them.....What have you had the most success with???

Especially if you look into the new ones like the big Ford F150 Super-ultra-titanium-duty ones that have variable-cylinder engines and whatnot.
