Most areas cash flow pretty well, but there are some areas that look attractive on paper and seem okay with the visual test, but the areas are actually headed in the wrong direction and property values/rent are decreasing due to crime in the area, etc. 

Staging is very important for most buyers because it helps them to visualize living there and inspires them to strongly consider making an offer.If they have to guess whether or not their furniture is too big for the rooms,they will error on the side of caution and quickly move on to the next house.If you are selling a lower cost home in a working class neighborhood,go to a rental furniture center like Aaron's and the like and ask for a quote for a monthly contract.You will find having them deliver it and decorating yourself will save you a ton of money.

Visually it is kinda hard to see.

Overall, we were happy with the condition of the property.Rehab ListWe walked through the property and visualized what our end goal would be. 

The only pre-accepted inspection you can do is visual as you cannot alter the property in any way

Maybe several deterrents can do the trick..

:) ) I dont have too many professional ideas on how to fix this, but maybe like Edward said, refacing the top in brick on the front would help tie it in visually and extend the brook look UP.

The land must perk for a mound system, otherwise the alternative is a holding tank, which is less desirable and sometimes a deterrent for a buyer.

If you're getting interest (second showings) but no contracts, it's because the buyers are on the fence and can't make the jump -- staging helps them better visualize the space and the agent bonus will push the agent to take some control of the situation.

Sadly I feel Casey's actions in this situation is the only deterrent in stopping bullies.
