The common threads are:  something about the home seemed to be non-legal and the appraiser felt uncomfortable completing the appraisal (which they should explain to you) or the appraiser had a (insert 2020 life event here).

She gave me the weirdest explanation which made no sense and said I shouldn't open her door (in my house lol).My lawyer said there's nothing I can do about the hoarding during the eviction proceeding.I'm afraid of losing my existing quest/roommates and creating an uncomfortable environment for a new Airbnb/quest until she moves out (which with Missouri courts/covid who knows when).At this point I'm desperate and any advice would be helpful or even a tactic to help her move along.

You can’t create this precedent for you or any other one of your tenants.Snow removal is their job, end of story.The fact they they were going to sell the snowblower means that you need to start doing routine maintenance check ins at least once a month to make sure they aren’t stealing other things from you.Lastly, do not renew this tenant under any circumstance.On a personal level, the snowblower was very nice of you and for the right tenant with a good track record, it would be a nice gesture.
