This is typically how I approach my investing since I'm more in it for the long haul than short term rewards.

I was approached by a wholesaler who wants to buy one of my Airbnb properties.  

As the tax deadline approached and my independents were getting ready to file, everything became radio silent.

But I'm looking for the Bank Names and not 'how" to approach.

At least that way I can use some of the cash flow to save for a personal residence.Any advice/perspectives on how I should approach this?
