Hoping I'm stating the obvious to this community  - - Property Management is a licensed occupation (like a contractor or realtor) and in Calif and other states, must be operated or at lease under the supervision of a RE Broker. 

I know this may be way out there but does anyone have experience buying vacant land with a previous home being used as a meth lab?

You need to work under a BIC's supervision as a PB and as a broker.

About a year ago the bar got shut down for reasons we later found out to be due to a meth lab that got busted in that apartment.

I assume they need average rehab because they all seem to and make my offer accordingly.The walk-through and inspection is really only to find anything out of the ordinary like a meth lab or sinkhole.

We had done some house flipping in the past but it was under the supervision of one of our real estate mentors.

They might cost a little bit more, but they will go in and get the job done very quickly, with no supervision required on your part.
