There are huge streaks on all the walls from shoes, beer stains, etc.

They stain and your tenants will spill oil, wine, juice, etc. and inevitably forget to wipe it up.  

On top of all else, the property has a $30K mortgage.The possibly enticing piece (apart from some really nice antique stained glass) is that there are several vacant lots around the property that are included in the deal.

My tenants paid from their sec deps to replace the bedroom carpet over the next few years when they stained it.Month to month tenants are easy to remove in most markets.

Single-pane windows, original doors, stained carpet that may hold pet odor, walls are dirty, blinds broken, floors not swept, etc.

stains, and the hardwood floors reek of dog pee.

There is something called "dishwasher magic" that you put into the dishwasher and then run an empty cycle to deal with certain staining of the insides of the dishwasher.
