It's important to look at the job trend aspect, but at the same time, remote-working is increasingly becoming a norm for much good-paying technology and finance sector. 

In contrary to what others tell you, there is success to be found within this sector of REI.

But the Boise metro region is another story, due to it has more than one sector of the U.S. economy, for jobs there.

We're seeing growth in sectors like technology, healthcare, finance, and more, which are all bringing new opportunities to the area.Also, the city's revitalization efforts, including new investments in public infrastructure, housing, and education, are making Detroit an increasingly attractive place to live.In conclusion, while the shift to EVs presents challenges, it also offers opportunities.

On the other hand, if I were to pitch that same deal to friends of mine in the tech sector, they would think it was a scam because they don't typically see risk adjusted returns like that in their industry.
