A person in a wheel chair can still use there hands, talk, there mind etc and guess what, it's actually hard for most of these people to find employment oddly enough and having known such disabled persons I know how much they WANT to contribute, sitting at home and rotting is mental torture.

I'm offloading a number of my properties to eliminate headaches, and I've started focusing on a few different metrics (some less measurable than others):-ROE (return on equity)-ROT (return on my time required to manage the property, renovations, or property managers)-ROH (return on headache - my #1 metric.

I can tell you from personal experience wood siding is not a concern if it's in good condition,  if it's rotting , holes, warped , Then new siding might be a good move but honestly if it's saveable it's better to do a good cleaning and a repaint.
