As an investor, why would you even pretend you'd win in court on specific performance and a judge would to force a seller to sell you their house?

I'm sure people will respond and tell you to put a completely fictitious (as in fake, or a lie) post on Craigslist advertising a house that you pretend to have, something like "3 br 1 ba fixer special 60% ARV," and when people call, you tell them that it's already sold but you can take their info anyway for when the next deal happens.I'm sure that works, too.

Just be yourself, but don't pretend to be something you're not.

Talk to a real estate agent, look at rentometer, go out and pretend to be a potential tenant of other stuff that is listed for rent.

They pretend there is all this secret info if you just pay X for X event but then you get to X event and they pretend that the real secret info is at an even more expensive event.
