The current offering by MTP seems to be in lower quality areas, which is not what I wanted for my first (maybe first few) properties even though price to rent ratios are better.Well I hope everyone here wishes me luck and I didn't make a horrific mistake doing this.

You try to float any sort of inflated BS numbers past him about his own property, even by accident, and he'll get his back up.

Yes, both units are separate but on the same parcel.One of the agents showed one policy but it does mention it’s for both units.The second agent shows two policies, one per structure, and breaks down the approximate cost for each structure if they had to be rebuilt completely in case of a major accident.

If they called in, it might have been an accident, or the individual may not like getting routed directly to voicemail.Currently, my marketing methods in order of preference are text broadcasts, VM broadcasts, and then cold calling.
