Quick question:How do you “gently encourage/remind” a contractor to send a bid when they said they were going to?

Seals up airs gaps and blocks moisture but doesn't let house breathe and if applied wrong can have negative effects.Obviously would want something I can do myself and achieve a price lower than the $1,000 for blow but want to make sure it is effective.

I had a new master bathroom installed and I have started to suspect moisture is gathering in that attic.

They're kinda like the big black guy in "green mile" super sweet and gentle, unless you [b]really[/url] tick them off, and they are usually really good with kids.

There is a carpet pad that has a moisture barrier that will prevent pet urine from penetrating the pad.

Maybe all you need is a gentle reminder to get it all straightened out to your satisfaction.

I like finding gentle fixer uppers in decent neighborhoods where it is not the heaviest lift for your first one.
