We put treats and a card in the fridge.

We would have a microwave, fridge, and sink, but no stove...meaning it would not meet the requirements of a dwelling unit.  

A broken fridge, an unauthorized pet, or a 19-year-old girl that just found out you won't be giving her the entire deposit back. 

I scratched the floor in the kitchen pretty bad trying to move in a discounted fridge with a bent leg bracket all alone.

The difference in price vs a basic fridge is $200-300. 

And if it's one of the $5 blinds we use from Lowe's, and you couldn't be bothered changing it between tenants, there's not much left to say about that.Cosmetic complaints: I don't like this paint color; I want a fridge with an ice maker; I don't like this color flooring; I want a touchless sink faucet.

And he’s done some work updates the place including putting in new laminate floors, a new fridge, building in shelving, and buying a new fridge.

You’d be better off ‘self insuring’ and put aside enough money to repair/replace the fridge or ac when needed.

If there are a few scratches on the side of a fridge or stove, are they going to be visible when put in place?
