Thanks Randy,I'm trying to work out how that would go as I wouldn't want the house to freeze in the winter if the tenant just didn't feel like paying.I guess the lesson is to do as you are doing and never have the electric in my name when the tenancy starts, or at least to drop it out of my name as soon as I get a tenant in, then they can request service or not, correct?
